Students

Our Student Ministry is a place where middle and high school students can belong, build friendships, and grow in their faith in Jesus Christ. Designed for students in grades 6–12 , our Christ-centered youth program in Carlsbad, CA combines biblical teaching, small groups, service opportunities, retreats, and fun events that help students connect God's Word to everyday life. Sometimes we have events all together, sometimes we split up between junior and senior high depending on what we are doing. We make sure to keep it all age appropriate, while still supporting social development. 

Whether your student is new to church, exploring faith, or looking to grow deeper in their relationship with Christ, they'll find a welcoming community where they are known, encouraged, and challenged to live out their faith with confidence and purpose. Together, we're raising the next generation of disciples to know Jesus, serve others, and shine His light in their homes, schools, and communities.

Confirmation is an important milestone in a young person's faith journey. Through engaging, Bible-based instruction, students explore the teachings of Scripture, the foundations of the Christian faith, and what it means to follow Jesus as His disciples. Rooted in the Lutheran tradition, our Confirmation program helps students grow in their understanding of God's grace, develop a lifelong relationship with Christ, and prepare to publicly confess their faith and participate more fully in the life of the Church.
